ALL TASHA HALL RENTAL INCLUDING UNLIMITED TABLES CHAIRS,SOFAS, COCKTAIL, TABLES, PROJECTORS, SOUND SYSTEM, CLEANUP AND ALL ITEMS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR UPTO 400 GUESTS. (CHAIR COVERS, LINENS, DECORATIONS ARE NOT PART FOR THIS PRICES)

OPTIONAL SERVICES (Decorations by Our Preferred Vendor):
$3-$3.50 per person for chair covers, sashes, full length linen, installation and removal offered by third party or you can bring your own.
Prices above are for TASHA HALL private party events only. For corporate events,prices are about 25% higher than private events.For public events prices are about 50% higher than private events. Please call to discuss the exact rates.
How do I BOOK the hall or RESERVE MY DATE?
1. Check the availability and rate.
2. 50% payment is due to hold your date.
3. The final 50% payment plus tax is due 1 week prior to event.
*For events more than 4 months away, you can book with 25% down, 25% following month, final payment due one week before event.
*One week prior to event final payment, seating set-up plan and multi-media (if included) must be provided.
*All contracts are non-cancellable.
*All contract agreements are subject to the terms listed on FAQs.
What is included in the Hall Rental?
- One person for setup (2 hours during your contract time only) and during the event ("Go To" Person)
- Ability to bring your own food and drinks
- Stage / Dance Floor / Sound Activated lighting- Wire Chafing Racks for Disposable Food Trays
- Use of Prep Kitchen/Food Warmers/Refridgerators
- Use of projectors/sound system/pipe and drapes/uplights
- Ice and Barrels for Drinks (up to 100 pounds for Dolce Hall 200 pounds for Tasha Hall)
- Use of Bar and Coolers
- Free Parking for up to 400 cars
- Cleanup after the event
What is Not Included in the Hall Rental?
- Linen, Chair Covers & Sashes (installed) are available for approx. $3 - 3.50 pp through Mela Room or can be rented from an outside vendor
- Decorations (not provided, you can bring your own)
- Supplies (cups, dishes, forks, knives, serving spoons, paper towels, napkins etc.)
- Bartenders (our insurance does not allow us to serve, however you can hire/bring one or we can refer one)
- D.J. (D.J. Services are available for $50 to $200 or you can bring your own music to play on our system)
- Security / Bouncers (Not Required for Private Parties, but available if needed)
(Charges: $75 per night for Bouncers or $30-$40 per hr for off duty police officers)
FOR ALL PRIVATE EVENTS:
We can offer anytime needed. We can remain open 24 hours, however consumption of alcoholic beverages ends at 2am in Orange County.
We work with any and all of your event coordinator/designer/caterer for setup and removal, we reserve the right to charge 5-10% of your contract price with them to facilitate. Prices vary upon the amount of decorations/setup and what is required to be done for the event. We need to have a copy of your contract and the items brought into the premises one week prior to the event.
ALCOHOL ISSUE Mela Room does not have an alcohol license, which means outside alcohol can be brought into the premises for consumption. Any alcohol brought into the premises for private party for consumption has to be served in conjunction with food and must be done by licensed personnel only. They/You are allowed to purchase alcohol from retail outlets. All alcohol laws regarding age restrictions and serving times are strictly followed.
